OUR VISION

Brandon J. Richardson concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law and Elder Law. Brandon has extensive experience working with clients faced with complex legal matters, particularly Business Owners and the Elderly. Prior to forming Mid Michigan Law Center, PLLC, Brandon was a Partner at Shea Aiello, PLLC, where he was the lead attorney for the offices of Midland, Saginaw and Bay City. He is an active member of the Midland County Bar Association, the vice-chairman of the Midland Business Alliance Wednesday Sales Lead Round Table, and is also a member of both the Probate and Estate Planning section and the Elder Law section of the State Bar of Michigan. In 2019, Brandon won a Reader's Choice Award as the #2 attorney in the region, as voted by the readers of the Midland Daily News.

Brandon was raised in Midland County, and lives in the city of Midland today. He attended Central Michigan University where he graduated with a degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. From there, Brandon attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating with a concentration in Business Transactions. During his last term of law school Brandon interned with one of his law school professors who focused his practice on Estate Planning. It was there that he knew he would incorporate Estate Planning into his own legal practice. Today, Brandon is a frequent seminar presenter and works closely with many financial and tax professionals to help assure proper planning for their clients.

When he is not helping families and business owners with their legal needs, Brandon enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He and his wife have four children together whom they enjoy taking on family camping trips and watching them in their various sporting and scholastic activities. Brandon is an avid golfer, and a fan of all Michigan-based sports teams.
